Payments
I use Etsy Direct Checkout which means I can accept payments using credit cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping from Spain
All orders are packaged with care and shipped with the Spanish postal service. I always use the tracked shipping option offered by the service and the prices are set by them.
If you would like extra insurance on your order let me know.
Once your order has left Spain there is not much I can do about tracking it but with your tracking number your local service should be able to tell you more. If it doesn't arrive within 6 weeks of the shipping date, contact me and I will file an official complaint.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

If you wish to return an item you've bought please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item will need to be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items purchased in the sales cannot be exchanged or returned. They may present small defects that do not alter the overall look and use of the product. Sale item prices do not include shipping.
Please note that everything in my shop is made by hand, so the item you receive may be a little different from what you saw in the photo, but don´t worry, I will take care to make yours as similar as possible.
